Miami Dade College (MDC) will host its annual Black Male Leadership Success Summit with keynote speaker Dr. Marcus Bright, of the 5000 Role Models of Excellence Project, on Friday, Feb. 15, at 9 a.m.

The 2019 Black Male Leadership Success Summit is a day of engagement, empowerment, and networking for black male MDC students and graduating seniors from Miami-Dade County Public Schools. This year's theme is "For the Culture: Embracing the goals and ideals of young black males." Breakout sessions include topics on Critical Thinking, Education/Academic Success, Financial Literacy Mental Health, Politics and Public Speaking.
