Meet the Instructor

Manny Stoilov is a mental health therapist who currently has a private practice, Clearstar Counseling, where he works with individuals on various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Besides his experience with mental health, he is a strong consumer of mental health research and works as a mindfulness meditation teacher. Besides his professional work, Manny enjoys bringing people together, being outdoors, and reading.
