6th Annual Bookmark Design Contest

About the Contest 

We are calling all artists! Learning Resources at Miami Dade College (MDC) Wolfson Campus has a bookmark design contest open to all current students. In celebration of National Library Week and the College's literary culture, the theme is: "Connect with your Libraries." Get creative and show us what YOU got! 

Prize 

First and second place winners will be presented with a certificate during National Library Week (April 3rd - 9th), and their designs will be printed and distributed. All entrants will have their bookmarks displayed during April at the Wolfson Library.  

How to Submit 

The designs can be submitted two ways: 1) the hard copy can be dropped off at Miami Dade College Wolfson Campus Library to the following address, 300 NE 2 Ave.  Room 1216, Miami, FL. 33132, or 2)  as a PNG file emailed to: wlibrary@mdc.edu. 
 

Contest Guidelines
 

·    Read and submit the signed Application and the Official Terms and Conditions.
·    The contest is open to all current MDC students, part-time and full-time. 
·    Participants must be 18 and over, or if under 18, have a parent or legal guardian's written consent. 
·    Bookmark should measure 2.5 x 7.5 inches long. See attached sample. 
·    Designs must be original, unpublished work, and the use of copyrighted characters, images, logos, or designs is not  permitted. 
·    All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on March 11, 2022.
