A Mental Health Awareness Month Event

You will explore the value of self-awareness and the mind-body connection with ways to cope with stress and how to develop greater self-confidence. We will discuss the importance of healthy connections, and emotional support and learn how to incorporate mindfulness and motivation into everyday life. This workshop is brought to you by Mantra Health and MDC Single Stop.
Presenter Information:
Susana Cook is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with National Board Certification (NCC) and training as a Certified Integrated Mental Health Provider (CIMHP). She earned a B.S. degree in Developmental Psychology & Education and a M.S. degree in College & Community Counseling from Longwood University. She has experience as a college counselor, instructor, private practitioner, and counseling supervisor.
