About Our Guest Speaker: 

Tad is a Miami-based software engineer and entrepreneur with a passion for AI. He's worked with major tech companies like Norwegian and Carnival Cruise Lines and currently runs COMMAND, an AI automation agency, and is developing Kalygo, a SaaS platform. A long-time member of the MDC community, Tad is excited to share his insights at this roundtable.

About Our Hosts: 

Dr. Milena Loubeau is a Professor of Management at Miami Dade College, where she has taught since 2013. With a background in healthcare administration at a Fortune 500 company, she transitioned to academia, teaching at both the University of Phoenix and various schools in Fort Lauderdale. Dr. Loubeau is a published author, entrepreneur, and community volunteer in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. She co-chaired the Open Educational Resources Advisory Council and founded key initiatives like the School of Business Speaker’s Series. She also co-received the President Innovation Fund award for the AIBIS project.

Yhosemar Mendez is the Manager of The Business Innovation & Technology (BIT) Center of MDC Kendall Campus. Yhosemar is an innovation consultant. She initially started consulting for fast-moving consumer goods companies on digital innovation and transformation. Later as a self-employed consultant, she started supporting startups by researching their market and testing their products.
