It is a spiritual practice meant to help us settle down so we can meditate and live.
Join Professor Carlos Gonzalez in a month-long series to improve your mind and body balance through live yoga sessions. Not only will you improve your well-being, but you can also help raise funds for United Way through your participation. Generous donations to the United Way greatly appreciated.
These live sessions will run Monday and Thursday from 7:00 pm to 8:15 pm from September 30 to October 31.
