A day about YOU! Learn about the importance of self-appreciation and self-care as students from our MDC Benjamin Leon School of Nursing students offer blood pressure screenings, check skin for abnormalities, and even provide one-on-one education. You will learn about hypertension, diabetes, skin health, healthy eating, and mental health from MDC colleagues as well as community vendors, and can even take advantage of a free massage or a pedicure, yoga, relaxation & fun!
