Audience: Faculty

This interactive hands-on training is designed to provide participants with the essential skills to successfully schedule, manage, and deliver live Collaborate Ultra sessions in Blackboard. Attendees will also learn how to use the tool different tools: Text, Audio, Video messaging, share files, share desktop screens, and record the sessions. Blackboard Collaborate ultra is a great tool for early alerts and interventions. Participants can schedule synchronous meetings to support student learning outside the classroom early and throughout the term. A session that you don’t want to miss!

After successful completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Identify they key components of Collaborate Ultra tool
  • Use the communications tools (Audio, video, and chat)3) Utilize the whiteboard and share content with users
  • Use the recording feature
  • Discuss best practices for teaching, learning, and tutoring

This is a self-paced, fully online workshop.
