This Constitution Day panel aims to bring students, faculty, and community members together for a nonpartisan conversation on the enduring importance of the US Constitution and the responsibilities it places on "We the People." In a time when many Americans are concerned about division, distrust, and civic disengagement, this discussion will focus on the essential relationship between personal liberty, civic virtue, and constitutional responsibility. Panelists will explore topics such as the meaning of citizenship, the balance between rights and responsibilities, and how civic engagement--whether through voting, public service, or education--strengthens our Republic. Grounded in the wisdom of the Founders, this event will promote a renewed appreciation for the values that unite Americans across political lines.
