 d by Joanna Macy's Council of All Beings workshops to create masks out of 
 felt.\n\nWe will first do a guided meditation and sound bath to connect wi
 th your own spirit guide from nature like a plant\, animal\, or element. T
 hen you will have the opportunity to make a mask using scissors\, felt\, g
 lue\, and ribbons inspired by the spirit guide. We will close with a circl
 e where everyone wears their mask and shares the wisdom their spirit guide
  has to share with humans in this time of change.\n\nRafaella Saenz from t
 he Wellness club will guide the meditation. Yadira Capaz from EEI will gui
 de the mask-making. The folks from Sacred Vedic Arts will share food and s
