Presented by Miami Dade College's School of Education and the South Florida Educational Consortium, the Educator Empowerment Summit is a full-day gathering designed to celebrate, inspire and activate MDC’s commitment to strengthening the teacher pipeline and advancing the future of education. Taking place at the North Campus School of Justice, the summit will bring together educators, students, school leaders, and community partners for a powerful day of learning and collaboration.

Through keynote speakers, dynamic panels, and interactive breakout sessions, this event will spotlight MDC’s bold initiatives such as the TEACH Miami Grow Your Own Teacher Apprenticeship Baccalaureate Program, and uplift the voices of those shaping the next generation of educators. With a focus on innovation and community-rooted solutions, the summit aims to cultivate belonging, elevate practice and move all of us, educators and learners alike, toward a stronger, more empowered future.
