Students, parents, family members, and guardians are invited to join Miami Dade College (MDC) for a workshop/working session to complete your free application for Financial Aid (FAFSA)! From scholarships to grants, a completed FAFSA is the key to paying for college! At this workshop/session, you will be able to:

- Complete the FAFSA application (FAFSA School Code: E40469)

- Learn about scholarship programs

Documents to bring to the session:

• Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number if Social Security is not available.
• Your Driver’s License Number, if you have one.
• Your Alien Registration Number, if you are not a U.S. citizen.
• 2023 taxes and W-2s (if applicable) for 2025-2026 FAFSA 
• 2024 taxes and W-2s (if applicable) for 2026-2027 FAFSA. NOW Open!
• Untaxed income, such as Social Security benefits, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), and Veterans benefits.
• Information on savings, investments, businesses, and farm assets
