Panelists:

 

Mr.  Pablo Pino is the South Florida Market President at TD Bank. In this role, he is responsible for the Community Lending of all of South Florida. Mr. Pino, was been instrumental in building TD Bank’s strong commercial portfolio, as well as securing top talent to continually strengthen the commercial banking team in South Florida. Pino serves on the boards of The Education Fund, United Home Care, the Center for Financial Training, the Urban League of South Florida, and the Beacon Council.

 

Mrs. Djenane St. Fleur Gourgue is the Vice President for the Haitian American Chamber of Commerce.  Additionally, she is a  Board Member at Broward County Government. Mrs. St. Fleur Gourgue has over 20 years of experience in computer sales, service, sale consulting, computer and networking. St. Fleur Gourgue is also the president of  CJ Signature,  a full-service Information Technology Business Center that delivers on-site & remote computer repair.

 

Mr. Carlos Llarena is Lead Business Advisor, Goldman Sacks, 10,000 Small Businesses  at Miami Dade College. He earned an MBA and Master of Science in Management from the University of Miami and is certified as a Lean/Design Six Sigma Green Belt professional.  A passionate advocate of entrepreneurship, he believes the key to success is by taking “a leap of fate, getting into the mindset of taking calculated risks in venturing to deliver a product or service in a marketplace that you perceive to be underserved.”

 

Dr. Carlos Enrique Alvarado Carrasco has a  Doctoral degree in Food Science from Universidad Simon Bolivar, Venezuela. In the last ten years, he has been involved in different programs designed to train and give technical support to small milk producers, sponsored by institutions like the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) in partnership with NESTLE of Venezuela. Thru his Instagram page, he advises on artisan cheesemaking following sound food safety guidelines.

 

Mr. Abraham Garcia is co-owner of JWBoat Detailing . His is a local company that specializes in making boats showroom ready.  Mr. Garcia is also a student in Miami Dade College’s Bachelor of Applied Science  in Supervision and Management Program and is passionate about small business management and entrepreneurship.
