As an Ashoka U Changemaker Campus, MDC represents the highest level of commitment to creating an "everyone a changemaker" world. Providing students with a changemaker education is an MDC priority that benefits us all - student, faculty, College, and community. This workshop is an engaging introduction for faculty and staff to more deeply learn about the components of changemaker education at MDC and how they can apply it in their classrooms. Participants will engage with the core elements of changemaker education and apply their discoveries to classes real-time. Three (3) hours of FPD can be earned upon completion of the course which will be taught over 2 different days (Fridays, 9/20 and 9/27, from 2:00pm-3:30pm via Zoom). Attendance both days is required to earn FPD credit.
