MDC Hialeah Campus kicks off Hispanic Heritage Month with music, food, and a special message from community partner, Cynthia Bowles, owner of Hialeah's first Chick-fil-A restaurant.   Participants will celebrate the Power, Prosperity, and Progress themed event.
