 mi) began practicing yoga back in 2017\, the physical aspect of yoga serve
 d as a launch pad and she quickly fell in love with the practice and aimed
  to explore many different types of yoga. A practice that was a hobby quic
 kly turned into a passion. Her love of yoga pushed Romina to pursue her 20
 0-hr yoga teacher training in Orlando\, FL and she now teaches in many dif
 ferent areas in Miami. Romina enjoys teaching vinyasa flow and gentle flow
 s with creative transitions\, focusing on strengths\, stability and alignm
 ent.\n\n \n\nWhether you are a beginner or advance practitioner\, using mo
 vement and breathwork\, rest assure you'll leave feeling transformed in al
 l aspects of the mind\, body\, and spirit.\n\n \n\nAdmission to the Freedo
 m Tower exhibitions and galleries following the class is included with you
 r RSVP.\n\n \n\nAttendees may park for free in the MDC garage at 500 NE Se
 cond Avenue\, between NE Fifth and NE Sixth Streets.\n\n \n\nPlease bring 
 your own yoga mat. Yoga mats will not be available onsite.\n\n \n\nThe Mus
 eum of Art and Design (MOAD) at MDC may document the event\, including its
