Tribeta has collaborated with AMSA to host an opportunity for transfer students interested in pursuing the pre-med track and attending medical school. Pre-Med AMSA offers help and support to pre-medical students during their path to medical school. They offer volunteer opportunities, shadowing opportunities, research opportunities, mission trips, workshops, and much more.

 

We have the great honor to have Jessica Colon as our presenter. Jessica Colon attended Miami Dade College before transferring to Florida International University to receive her bachelors in Biology. While at FIU, she was part of the Pre-med AMSA Eboard, a pre-med organization focused on offering many opportunities to pre-med students. Currently, Jessica attends Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine where she is a first year medical student.

This opportunity will take place on January 18th at 1PM through zoom. During the presentation members will learn about what they need to do in order to get into medical school and life as a pre-med student.
