Redefining the Role of Hispanics: A Conversation about Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Work

Guest speakers will discuss what it means to be Hispanic today, celebrating diversity within the Hispanic community, encouraging students to embrace who they are and what they can offer the world. Guest speakers will also share their personal experiences as a Hispanic in college, work, and career progress. In addition, they will discuss the changing landscape at work as it relates to diversity, equity, and inclusion and what Hispanic college grads can expect when they enter the workforce. Finally, they will also discuss how and why earning a Business degree at MDC will be beneficial. Students and other participants will have an opportunity to pose questions.
